On Shipping

Processing time  - The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items, but most items are shipped within 1-3 days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Customs and import taxes - Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

On Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your shirt, so if we messed up and there's something wrong with it we'll accept a return or exchange to make it right.
 

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Ship items back within 30 days of delivery

We don't accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged. 

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of Return & Exchanges

In the case of exchanges due to order error or damage, we will cover the shipping for you to return the item, as well as sending the replacement.

In the case of changes due to buyer remorse, buyer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the return as well as shipping of the replacement. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
